Service for Dorothy Gene Moxon, 73, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, June 25, 2011 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend John Glover will officiate. Burial will be in Greenacres Mausoleum. Pallbearers will be Mitchell Moxon, Shelbie Moxon, Colten Hightower, Terry Wade, Kyle Hurst and J.C. Moxon. Honorary pallbearers Karli Cook, Amelia Moxon and Abbey Moxon. Visitation will be from 6:30-8:30 P.M. Friday and from 9:45-10:30 A.M. Saturday, prior to the service.

Mrs. Moxon passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2011 in Ft. Worth. She was born October 10, 1937 in Hamilton to Elmo Neal and Dolly McCrary Thornton. She married T.J. Moxon on August 31, 1956 in Cleburne.

Mrs. Moxon was a retired patient accounts manager for Family Medicine in Cleburne. She was a member of Field Street Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 54 years, T.J. Moxon of Cleburne; daughter, Lori Hurst and husband Kyle of Joshua; son, Tim Moxon and wife DeLynn of San Antonio; son, Ted Moxon and wife D'Lynn of Arlington; sister, Flo Gromatsky of Dallas; nine grandchildren and several nephews.
