Graveside service for Dorothy Steckelberg, 90, of Mansfield, formerly of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 5, 2016 in Greenacres Memorial Park. Mr. Sid Carruth will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Monday, at the funeral home.
Dorothy Steckelberg, 90, of Mansfield, TX died April 1st 2016. Dorothy, daughter of Elmer and Anna Ehlers, widow of Glenn Steckelberg, passed away in a local hospital after a brief illness. She is survived by one daughter, Jeanette with whom she had lived for the past 10 years following the death of husband Glenn. Dorothy was a homemaker and loving wife and mother. Born in South Dakota, married in 1948, from rural life she moved with her family to Cleburne in 1954. She is survived by her daughter, Jeanette and James Bennett. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
