Graveside service for Doyle Carver, 61, of Cleburne will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Monday, October 12, 2015 in Hickey Cemetery in Hill County with a memorial service to follow at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, in the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church Sanctuary.
Doyle Carver passed away Friday, October 9, 2015 in Ft. Worth. He was born October 4, 1954 in Ft. Worth to Douglas Loraine and Effie Mae Henry Carver. He married Elisa Kay Owens on July 27, 1975 in Keene.
Mr. Carver was part of the technology team with 15 years of service at Keene ISD. He enjoyed woodworking, model trains, and traveling. He will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Elisa Carver of Cleburne; daughter, Angela Lynn Carver and spouse Lisa Ledyard of Ft. Worth; father, Doug Carver of Keene; siblings, Diane Johnson and husband Skip of Hillsboro, Dennis Carver and wife Susie of Benbrook, and Danny Carver of Keene; nieces, Shannon Taylor, Jeracho Bryan, and Tiffany Jennings; nephews, Brent Taylor, Cutter Bryan and Cullen Bryan; great niece, Arden Genore; great nephew, Ethan Rodriguez; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother.
