Earline Cudd

Earline Whitehead Cudd transitioned to her eternal home on April 5, 2023 in Mathis, Texas. She was born October 16, 1929 to Lonnie Guston and Maggie Mae Easdon Whitehead in Cleburne, Texas. She married Kenneth Duane Cudd on June 11, 1949 in Cleburne. She was a 1948 graduate of Cleburne High School and of the Church of Christ faith. She worked as a receptionist and bookkeeper for Dr. Curtis and Dr. Jones. She moved to Corpus Christi in 2003 to be closer to family.

Earline is survived by her son, David and wife, Marleana of Sandia, Texas; granddaughter, Dawn Nunes and husband, Eddie; great-granddaughter, Sereia Marie of Corpus Christi, Texas; granddaughter, Ashley Hamm and husband, Michael; great-grandson Robert of San Antonio, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Duane Cudd; parents; brothers, Earl, Lonnie, and Robert; and sisters, Tommy, Jessie and Pauline.

Services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, April 10, 2023 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Visitation will be 9:00-10:00 A.M., prior to the service. Mr. Ray Tripplet will officiate. A private graveside will follow in Rosehill Cemetery in Cleburne.
