Eddie Gail Segler, Sr.

Service for Eddie Gail Segler, Sr., 78, of Whitney, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Monday, July 22, 2024 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Sunday, July 21, 2024 at the funeral home.

 Eddie passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024 in Fort Worth. He was born December 3, 1945 in Vernon to William Edgar and Frances Louise Baldwin Segler. Eddie married Janice Sue McCarty on May 5, 1980 in Oklahoma.

 Eddie is survived by his wife of 44 years, Janice Sue Segler; children, Mary Thedford, Eddie Gail Segler, Jr. (Traci), Sylvia Landers, Shannon Lucas (David), Gwen Liska (Darren), Jennifer Jones, Angela Williams (Stacy), Jamie Segler (Wes Camp); 27 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; numerous very loved and treasured nieces and nephews; and sisters, Anita Louise Averett and Tina Shipp.

 Eddie is preceded in death by his parents, siblings, Willie Merle DeNoto, Tammy Smith, Gregory Smith and son-in-law, Hubert Thedford
