Eddy McGee

Eddy Floyd McGee, 68, of Cleburne, went home to his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Friday, June 24, 2011. Eddy was born Dec. 14, 1942 in Cleburne to Floyd and Edna Mae Bratcher McGee. He graduated from Cleburne High and spent most of his working years as a draftsman. He was a member of the Bono Baptist Church.
Survivors include his sister, Loretta Schultz of Mesquite and brother, Tommy and wife Owanna McGee of Cleburne. He was preceded in death by his afore mentioned parents and a sister, Margaret Maples. Eddy was a wonderful uncle to Freddie and Robert Schultz of Mesquite, Sharon Key of Mesquite, Robyn McGee of Houston, Gayland McGee of Cleburne, Kyle McGee of Cleburne, Sabrina and husband Mike Satterfield of Conroe and several loving great nieces and nephews.
Eddy succumbed to complications from advanced Alzheimers and will be buried at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 28, 2011, graveside service in the Bono Cemetery. The Reverend Armo Bentley will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Monday, at the funeral home.
