Graveside services for Edith M. Braga, 90, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, June 18, 2012 in the Greenacres Memorial Park Mausoleum along with her daughter, Vicki Braga's memorial service. Pastor Gloria Gillespie will officiate the combined services.

Mrs. Edith Braga passed away Thursday, June 14, 2012 in Cleburne, just three days after her daughter's passing on Monday, June 11, 2012. She was born to Earl and Lulabelle Rogan on December 1, 1921 in Deleon, Texas. Edith was of the Pentecostal faith and a homemaker. She married A.W. Braga on March 9, 1946, in Reno, NV. Edith was known as a sweet lady who was full of life. She was sharp witted and loved to laugh as well as bring laughter to others. She was a devoted mother to her two daughters, passing on her love of music to each of them. Edith was a talented pianist. She was an avid and serious fisherman. She spent countless hours enjoying watching the birds. Her giving nature and vibrant spirit will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Lulabelle Rogan; husband, A.W. Braga and daughter Vicki Braga.

Survivors include her brother Earl Rogan, Jr. and children Sharon and Gary, daughter Javonne Braga, grandchildren Dane Ricketts and wife Melissa and children Taylor and Reese, Micah Wright and wife Laura and children Andrew and Connor, Holly Wright and children Taylia and Jahnah.
