Edward Alexander “Alex” Hayton, 26, passed away Jan. 20, 2021 in Central City, Colorado. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 29, 2021, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel in Cleburne, Texas.
Alex was born March 8, 1994 in Cleburne, Texas, to the parents of Edward and Diana Hayton. Alex graduated from Cleburne High School in 2012.
Alex had a love for the outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. His love led him to the Northwest to pursue a job in the fishing industry on the Bering Sea in Alaska. After leaving the fishing industry, he worked in the gaming industry in Black Hawk, Colorado. Alex loved life and was always able to tell stories of his adventures, which always left smiles on the faces of his family and friends.
Alex is survived by his parents Edward and Diana Hayton of Midlothian, Texas; his brother Andrew Hayton and niece Evelyn of Midlothian, Texas; his grandparents John and Betty Cook of Cleburne, Texas; Theresa Hayton of Oaxaca, Mexico; Roma Russell of Salado, Texas; aunts and uncles Don Russell of North Carolina; Robert and Patty Russell of Cleburne, Texas; Rene’ and Doug Myers of Cleburne, Texas; Matt and Christi Cook of Alvarado, Texas; Jonathan Cook of Fort Worth, Texas; Amy and David Loader of Australia; Tonya and Bart Charles of Sherwood, Oregon; Dr. Aleta Hayton of Oaxaca, Mexico, and Marlis and Dr. Edwardo Garcia of Oaxaca, Mexico. Also, Alex is survived by many cousins and friends.
