Graveside services for Ellen Metta Reynolds, 89, of Cleburne, TX will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 31, 2009 in the Arlington Cemetery, El Dorado, Arkansas. Grandson Jason Reynolds will officiate.

Ellen Metta Reynolds passed away Monday, January 26, 2009 in Grandview, TX . She was born February 26, 1919 in Castle, OK to Edward and Ethel King. She married Lance L. Reynolds on July 8, 1935 in El Dorado, AR.

Mrs. Reynolds was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in El Dorado, AR.

Ellen Reynolds is survived by her husband of 73 years, Lance L. Reynolds of Cleburne, TX; son, Don Reynolds and wife, Elizabeth of Cleburne, TX; grandchildren, Philip Gregory Reynolds Piper and wife, Jenny of Salem, IL, Brian Reynolds Piper of Salem, IL, Jason E. Reynolds and wife, Ashley of Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Todd C. Reynolds and wife, Ashley of Corinth, TX; daughter-in-law, Verna Reynolds Piper of Salem, IL and great-grandchildren, Micah Lance Piper, Jessica Piper, Lily Elizabeth Reynolds, Sydney Grace Reynolds, Abby Kate Reynolds and Logan W. Reynolds. She was preceded in death by one, son, Philip K. Reynolds.
