Graveside services for Elsie Nadine Conway, 80, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 22, 2009 in the Post Oak Cemetery, Glen Rose. Dr. Don Shipman will officiate. Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday from 6-8 p.m.

Elsie Nadine Conway passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2009 in Cleburne. She was born February 6, 1929 in the Post Oak Community, Somervell County to John Edward and Carrie Mae Newman Mitchell.
She was a dietician in the healthcare industry and was of the Baptist faith.

Elsie Nadine Conway is survived by her daughter, Lisa Stone and husband, Tank; grandson, Brian Caviness all of Ft. Worth; brothers, Merl Weldon Mitchell and wife, Mary of Glen Rose and James Mitchell and wife, Cheryl of Cleburne; sisters, Peggy Harkins of Tolar, Tresina Downs of Ft. Worth and Valdeana Myer of Austin and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Carrie Mitchell; two brothers, John and Glen Mitchell; husbands, Chuck Caviness and James Conway.
