Elva Crecelius

Services for Elva Lee Crecelius, 92, of Rio Vista will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Monday in the Cleburne Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Dennis Crecelius will officiate. Burial will be in the Rio Vista Cemetery. Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
Mrs. Crecelius died Friday, May 6, 2005 in Cleburne. She was born Dec. 6, 1912 in Texas to John Wesley and Dessie Burge Rose. She married John Elda Crecelius who preceded her in death in 1963. Mrs. Crecelius was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by 4 sons, Darrell Crecelius and wife Linda of Cleburne and Dennis Crecelius and wife Ada Ruth of Rio Vista, Don Crecelius and wife Joy of Cleburne and David Crecelius and wife Pat of Lakeside Village; 2 daughters, Dona Phipps and husband Butch of Cleburne and Dianne Melton and husband Charles of Rio Vista; sister Vessie Harper of Arlington; 19 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday, 3:00p.m. - 5:00p.m.
