Service for Emeline “Korky” Kilcrease, 76, of Grandview, will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Friday, November 20, 2020 at Saint Joseph Catholic Church. Father Sergio Rizo will officiate. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-7:00 P.M. Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the funeral home. Rosary will be 7-8:00 P.M. Thursday, November 19, 2020 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Phillip Kilcrease, John Kilcrease, Timothy Schmidt, Dalton Kilcrease, Bryce Lawing and Zachary Kilcrease. Honorary pallbearers will be Albert Lawing, Donnie Riddell, Kaden Roeber, Cole Black, J.D. Holliday, Jimmy King, Jeff Holliday and Randall Eaves.
Emeline “Korky” Kilcrease passed away Saturday, November 14, 2020 in Grandview. She was born October 31, 1944 in Elton, Louisiana to Lee and Ina (Daigle) Eaves. Emeline married Rufus “Pee Wee” Kilcrease on July 20, 1962 in Alvarado. Korky was a cashier at David’s Supermarket with over 30 years of service. She was a member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church. Together with Pee Wee for more than 58 years, they created a legacy.
Emeline is survived by her children, Monica Ann Schmidt, Benjamin Eric Kilcrease, Ellen Marie Riddell and husband Donnie, Julie Inez Holliday and husband Jeff, Elizabeth Diane Lawing and husband Albert; grandchildren, Phillip Kilcrease and wife Beverly, John Kilcrease, Timothy Schmidt, Jessica Burrows and husband Adam, Catreana Kilcrease and Audie Black, Dalton Kilcrease, Savannah Riddell, Zachary Kilcrease and wife Skye, Alyson Paige Roeber, Courtney Roeber, Kayla Roeber, J.D. Holliday and Bryce Lawing; 6 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Emeline is preceded in death by her parents; husband and 8 siblings.
