Ernestine Choate

Graveside services for Ernestine Choate, 86 of Grandview, will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday, October 26, 2007 in the Rosehill Cemetery.
Ernestine Choate passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2007 in Burleson. She was born September 24, 1921 in Levelland, TX to Ernest and Mary Edwards King. She married Loyd Choate on November 18, 1942 in Lubbock, TX.
Mrs. Chaote was a seamstress and a member of Central Church of Christ.
Ernestine Choate is survived by her sons, James Choate and wife Nita of Grandview and Truman Choate and wife Deborah of Whitney; daughter, Glenda Barger and husband Gary of Cleburne; sister, Olene Dodson of Hemet, CA; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Loyd Alvin Choate on January 16, 1989 and one son, Edward Wayne Choate in 1985.
