Service for Estelle Baker McKinzie, 89, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, Dec. 18, 2016 at the North Cleburne Baptist Church. The Reverend Keith Whitt will officiate. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Saturday, at the funeral home.
Estelle Baker McKinzie passed away Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2016 in Ft. Worth. She was born May 31, 1927 in Driscoll to Asberry and Sally E. Harmon McMullin.
Mrs. McKinzie worked as a beautician and a realtor. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, and a dear friend to many. She was a longtime member of the Order of the Eastern Star No. 656 in Alvarado and North Cleburne Baptist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Melissa Quattlebaum and husband Larry of Cleburne; grandchildren, Jessica Heaton and husband Tyson of Hurst and Amber Jester and husband Stephen of Newark; great grandchildren, Clare Jester and Scarlett Jester; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her greatly. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Jesse Clyde Baker, Jr.; son, Raymond Clyde Baker; second husband, Charles McKinzie; three brothers; and five sisters.
