Eva Ward

Services for Eva J. Ward, 64 of Ft. Worth will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, Aug. 7, 2010 in the Loving Avenue Baptist Church in Ft. Worth. Interment will be at 1:00 P.M., in the Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M., Friday at the funeral home and also from 9-11 A.M., Saturday, prior to the service.
Pallbearers will be Edwin Griffith Harding, Nicholas Hazelwood, Christopher Hazelwood, Brandon Hazelwood, Dustyn Ward and Mark Mitchell.
Mrs. Ward passed away Wednesday, Aug. 4, 2010 in Ft. Worth. She was born April 9, 1946 in Wichita Falls to Elmer Lee and Lola Faye Lee Kelley. She married David Ward on April 10, 1964 in Stillwater, Okla. She was of the Baptist faith and was the main voice of the "Heaven Bound Because" gospel singers of Ft. Worth.
She is survived by her husband, David Ward of Ft. Worth; sons, D. Bailey Ward of Ft. Worth and Jason R. Ward and wife Cammie of Cleburne; daughters, Nancy E. Eligado and husband Dennis of Saginaw and Debra Dee Ann Eze of Ft. Worth; six grandchildren, Nicholas, Dustyn, Christopher, Kaylea, Brandon and Caroline; five sisters and one brother. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister Margie Ryals and one brother, Douglas Kelley.
