Felipe Reyes

Service for Felipe Reyes, Jr. , 85, of Cleburne will be conducted 2:00 P.M., Friday, October 20, 2023, 2023 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will follow in Greenacres Memorial Park. Visitation will be 12:00-2:00 P.M. Friday, October 20, 2023 prior to service. Pallbearers will be Jesse Solis, Larry Tarango, Jeremy Garza, Cosme Solis, Jr., Juan Reyes and Joey Koch.

Felipe Reyes, Jr., was born October 1, 1938 in New Braunfels, Texas to Felipe Reyes and Aurora. He was married to Esperanza Reyes for many happy years. He enjoyed his 39 years of truck driving for El Chico, Tom Thumb, RTI and was also a self-employed truck driver.

After retiring from Big Rigs, he drove a special needs school bus for Cleburne ISD for 11 years. Both he and mom enjoyed traveling all over until he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s.

Felipe is survived by his wife, Esperanza; son, Jesus Martin; daughter, Vicky Ann; granddaughters, Jessica Marie, Alexandra and Christina; grandson, Jeremy Lee and great-grandsons, Elvis and Dak Herrera, siblings, Juan Reyes, Doris Koch and Gloria Alcocer.

Felipe is preceded in death by granddaughter, Lauren Reyes.
