Flossie Halbert

Services for Flossie "Giney" Halbert, 87, of Grandview, will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Friday, November 3, 2006 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Rev. Matt Gage will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Eddie Underwood, Colby Underwood, Robert Moore, Jr., Andy Landeros, Larry Gage, Lupe Segura and Martin Segura. Honorary pallbearers will be her great-grandsons.

Flossie "Giney" Halbert passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2006 in Cleburne. She was born January 22, 1919 in Tarrant County, TX to Roscoe and Minnie Bransom Faris. She married Raymond F. Halbert on March 2, 1939 in Ft. Worth.

Mrs. Halbert was a homemaker and a member of Friendship Baptist Church.

Flossie Halbert is survived by her daughter, Jeanie Underwood and husband Gene of Grandview; grandchildren, Eddie Underwood and wife Nan, Donna Moore and husband Robert, Lorri Landeros and husband Andy, Colby Underwoood and wife Leigh, Kristin Gage and husband Larry, Karla Woods and husband David; great grandchildren, Georgina Borden and husband Cory, Mark Moore and wife Jamie, Amber Trew and husband Paul, Matt Gage and wife Rebecca, Kari Gage, Wesley Landeros, Rayjen Underwood, Spencer Reed and Samuel Underwood; great-great grandchildren, Austin Woods, Seth Woods, Anna Trew, Tyler Moore, Broc Moore, Sydney Moore and Billy Gage. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Halbert on November 2, 2003 and son, Jimmy Ray Halbert on December 19, 1988.
