Floyd Wayne Whitehead, Jr., 68, of Cleburne, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2016 in Ft. Worth. He was born December 25, 1947 in Cleburne to Floyd Washington, Sr. and Marcell Brown Whitehead. He married Jackie Sue Strother on August 22, 1992 in Cleburne.
Mr. Whitehead worked as a welder for KWS Manufacturing Company and attended Faith Depot Church.
Survivors include his wife, Jackie Whitehead of Cleburne; nine children, Kerri Boroughs and husband Chris of Cleburne, Jenny Baker and husband Dale, Tressa Childress, and Rodney Whitehead, all of Joshua, April Tribble and husband Ronny of Cleburne, David King of Ft. Worth, Jacqueline Avery and husband Sean of Michigan, Dorothy Robbins of Cleburne, and Peggy Austin of Ft. Worth; one brother, James Mike Whitehead and wife Donna of Joshua; one sister, Sharon Brawner of Godley; 19 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Kimberly M. Blondheim; brother, Ronnie Whitehead; and a sister, Karen Bedell.
