Frank Rowe passed away Friday, February 29, 2008 in Dallas, TX. He was born April 6, 1944 in Wichita, Kansas to Francis and Vera Asher Rowe. He married Linda Joe Kinser on April 16, 1994 in Jean, TX.
Mr. Rowe served in the US Marine Corp and was a social worker.
Frank Rowe is survived by his wife, Linda Jo Rowe of Cleburne; step-daughter, Melissa Hemby and husband, Tony of Mt. Vernon; three grandchildren, Logan, Brianna and Jayden; sister, Joyce Ward; three nieces and a host of other relatives and friends.
