Services for Frank Love Willingham, Jr. , 83, of Godley will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 25, 2009 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Reverend Wayne McCoy and Reverend Ken Coleman will officiate. Burial will be in Godley Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Kirk Carrell, Roy Carrell, Ronnie West, David Hanna, Don Massey and Fred Willis.
Mr. Frank Willingham passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2009 in Godley. He was born January 30, 1926, in Johnson County to Frank Love and Elva Richardson Willingham. He married Willie Ernestene Whitehead on October 07, 1945.
Mr. Willingham was a dairy farmer, member of the Masonic Lodge and a member of the Assembly of God Church in Godley.
Mr. Frank L. Willingham is survived by son, Terry Willingham and wife, Glenda, of Godley; granddaughter Amber Hailey and husband, Reggie, of Keene; great-grandchildren, Gen and Sam Hailey, of Keene; grandsons, Gabriel and Eric Willingham, of Godley; two sisters, Rosemary Lee and husband, Bill, Ruth Hughes and two sisters-in-law, Betty Simms and Annette McGehee and husband Acy, all of Godley and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Ernestene Willingham in 1996. He helped many people and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
