Services for Gary C. Prater, 67, of Keene, will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2007 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Mr. B.B. Stevens will officiate. Burial will be in Greenacres Memorial Park.

Gary C. Prater passed away Sunday, January 28, 2007 in Keene. He was born March 15, 1939 in Cleburne, Tx to Grady and Letha Stafford Prater. He was married to Marilyn Hill and cabinet maker.

Mr. Prater is survived by his wife Marilyn Prater of Burleson; daughters, Darla Dillard and husband Danny of Midlothian and Julie Crane of Ft. Worth; son, Keith Prater and wife Tamara of Dallas; sister, Barbara Sandlin of Nemo; 6 grandchildren, Joey, Erica, Andrew, Evan, Jill, Allison and Hollie; mother-in-law, Martha Hill of Cleburne.
