George Buckaloo

Services for George Buckaloo, 79, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 18, 2006 at Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Dominic Valero will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Moose Buckaloo, Tim Mayfield, Richard Mayfield, Michael McCready, Lonnie Buckaloo and Rocky Buckaloo. Honorary pallbearers will be Monty Buckloo and Johnny Michael Buckaloo.

George Buckaloo passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2006 in Cleburne. He was born April 30, 1927 in Woodville, OK to Joe and Essie Dodson Buckaloo. He married Vera Clay on August 6, 1949 in Claredon, TX.

George Bucklaoo is survived by his wife, Vera Buckaloo of Cleburne; three sons, Pete Buckaloo and wife Debra of Blum, Ronny Buckaloo and wife Mary of Blum and Johnny Buckaloo and wife Jo of Rio Vista; three daughters, Susie Mayfield of Odessa, TX, Vickie McCready and husband Mike of Cleburne and Debbie Robinson and husband Johnny of Cleburne; 18 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 7 brothers; 3 sisters; 1 grandson, Truckey Buckaloo and son-in-law, Richard Mayfield.
