George Walter "Jack" Allen

Visitation for George Walter “Jack” Allen, 73, of Cleburne will be held from 6-8:00 P.M., Friday, May 26, 2017 at the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Funeral Home.

George Walter “Jack” Allen passed away surrounded by his family on Monday, May 22, 2017 in Ft. Worth. Jack was born in Cleburne on February 7, 1944 and married Donna K. Anderson on Sept. 20, 1985 in Cleburne. He was preceded in death by his parents, George W. "Jack" Allen and Mary Ann and Leroy Marchman.

Jack was employed by Johns Manville, retiring with over 33 years of service and by Cleburne Golf Course for over five years.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Allen and his children, Paul and wife Cindy Allen; Jeff and wife Taiya Allen; Jennifer and husband Casey Hazlewood; and Stephanie and husband Jared Gee; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Roy Marchman and sister, Martha Marchman.

Jack was a fun-loving friend to all. He enjoyed golfing, hunting and camping, but his greatest love was spending time with his family and friends. He is loved beyond words and will be greatly missed.
