Georgia Howard

Graveside service for Georgia Mae Howard, 84, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, March 4, 2021 in Nancy Smith Cemetery in Glen Rose. Procession will depart from funeral home for graveside service at 1:00 P.M. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Wednesday at the funeral home.

Georgia Mae Howard passed away February 28, 2021 in Cleburne. She was born July 16, 1936 in Electra to Euel Fulton and Lillie Mae Teresa (Gallagher) Alexander. She married Dale Dudley Howard on February 29, 1952 in Lipan. Georgie was a loving and faithful wife to her husband Dale for 69 years. Georgie was a very strong woman who set a powerful example of love and all that entails. She was a wonderful mother who never waivered in her commitments to her family. She will be dearly missed.

Georgie is survived by her husband, Dale Dudley Howard; daughter, Bobbie Dorminy and husband Gene; son, Jerry Howard; daughter, Marilyn Luttrell and wife Martha Zuniga; daughter, Emily Hearn and husband Larry; son, Gary Howard and wife Rita; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and numerous other extended family and loving friends.

Georgie is preceded in death by her parents, Euel and Lillie Mae Alexander; sisters, Annie Ruth Kirkland, Eulene Pearl Phillips and brother, Euel Fulton Alexander, Jr.
