Gerald passed away July 18, 2022 in Fort Worth. He was born October 8, 1956 in New Castle, Pennsylvania to Eugene and Audrey Augustine Veltre. Gerald married Janice Dwojak on June 12, 2001 in Greenburg, Pennsylvania. He loved to fish and hunt. Gerald loved animals. He was an avid bowler. Gerald moved to Cleburne, Texas in 2021 from Derry Township, Pennsylvania.
Gerald is survived by his wife, Janice Veltre of Cleburne; son, Michael Melenka and wife, Erin of Fort Worth; daughter Tia Blystone and husband Nathan of New Alexandria, Pennsylvania.6 grandchildren; brother John Veltre and wife Udora of New Castle, Pennsylvania
