Services for Gilford "Sonny" Isham, 68, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 4, 2008 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Pastor Morris Ivey will officiate. Burial will be in Greenacres Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Charlie Sims, Lonnie Johnson, Wayne Humphrey, Brandon Humphrey, David Wilkerson and Jerry Wilkerson. Honorary pallbearers will be Justin Wilson and Jason Wilson.

Gilford "Sonny" Isham passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2008 in Burleson. He was born September 5, 1939 in Prairie Hill, TX to Weldon and Vernice Wills Isham. He married Pat Wilkerson on September 26, 1968 in Ft. Worth.

Mr. Isham was a supervisor in the steel products manufacturing industry. He was a member of the Shepherd Valley Cowboy Church in Eagan.

Sonny Isham is survived by his wife, Pat Isham of Cleburne; son, Brian Beaupre and wife, Teresa of Greensboro, N.C.; daughters, Lisa Nugent and husband, Paul of West Columbia, TX, Carla Ballance and husband, Robert of Arlington, Renee Trimble of Ft. Worth and Sherry Humphrey of Ft. Worth; 9 grandchildren, Rachelle and husband, Lonnie, Brandon and wife, Rachele, Holly, Lauren, Rand, Brittny, Hanna, Olivia and Emily; 3 great-grandchildren, Sabra, Mattie and Jaxen; mother, Vernice Isham of Mexia; 3 brothers, George Isham and wife, Mary of Waco, Roger Isham of Mexia and David Isham and wife, Carol of Upland, California; sister, Ruby Mullins of Irving and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Steven Beaupre and father, Weldon Isham.
