Glen Moore

Services for Glen Ray Moore,Sr., 70, loving husband, father, PaPa and friend, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December, 3, 2009 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Rev. Charles E. Payne will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday.

Glen Ray Moore, Sr. passed away Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009 in Dallas. He was born January 22, 1939 in Goldthwaite to Willie Frank and Alma Rene Helms Moore. He married Cherry Busby on Nov. 01, 1959 in Glen Rose.

Mr. Glen Moore was a construction backhoe operator, he served his country proudly in the U.S. Army and was of the Baptist faith.

Glen Ray Moore, Sr. is survived by his wife, Cherry of Cleburne; daughters, Shelly Lyles and husband, David of Cleburne, Ingrid Honea and husband, Robby of Whitney, Becky Lee and husband, Randall of Cleburne; sons, Steve Moore and wife, Lisa, Billy Moore, Woody Moore and wife, Janice and Glen Moore, Jr. and wife, Tammy all of Cleburne; 28 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; siblings, Joe Farris of Brownwood, Barbra of Junction, Dorothy Doty of Ft. Worth, Randy, David and Joe Ann Moore, all of Okla. City, OK; numerous nieces and nephews and friends.
