Glendon Anderson

Service for Glendon Burton Anderson,78, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Monday, March 1, 2021 in the Crosier- Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8:00 P.M., Sunday, February 28, 2021 at the funeral home.

Glendon Burton Anderson passed away February 23, 2021 in Cleburne. He was born January 19, 1943 in Cleburne to Berry Burton and Margaret Viola (Poteet) Anderson. Glendon married Patricia Moore on September 22, 1961 in Cleburne. He was a foreman for Santa Fe Railroad before retiring and was a member of Three Nails Bible Church.

Glendon is survived by his wife, Patricia Anderson of Cleburne; children, Gayla McAnally and husband Frank of Frisco, Kimberly Carlock and husband Mike of Cleburne, Rhonda Locklear and husband Mark of Joshua, Glenn Anderson and wife Amy of Tyler; brother Ronnie Anderson of Granbury; sisters, Carol Cox of Cleburne, Rebecca Vandermeer of Charleston, West Virginia, Jeanette Anderson of Fairview, Patti Babbitt of Cleburne; grandchildren, Justin McAnally, Mitchell McAnally, Joshua Carlock, Amber Carlock, Kolton Carlock, Brittni Bourbeau, Christopher Locklear, Cheyanna Hart, Preston Locklear, Blayke Anderson, Shayla Anderson; 12 great-grandchildren.
Glendon is preceded in death by his parents, granddaughter Hillary Carlock and great-granddaughter Kymber Sisk.
