Gloria Ozuna

Service for Maria Gloria Ozuna Ortiz, 75, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Monday, March 13, 2023, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cleburne. Father Sergio Rizo will officiate. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M., Sunday, March 12, 2023 in the funeral home chapel with a rosary at 7:00 P.M.

Gloria passed away Monday, March 6, 2023 in Cleburne. She was born February 3, 1948 in Sanderson, Texas to Juan Ortiz Martinez and Anita Luevano Diaz Ortiz. Gloria was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She married Jose Manuel Ozuna on October 22, 1964 in Mexico. Gloria was always happy and a very giving person. She was known for her cooking, especially her cakes and chili relleno. Gloria enjoyed crocheting and was a music lover, especially of the 1960 era. She will be missed greatly.

She is survived by her children, Carlos F., Laura P., Ivonne N., Hector M., Jesus E., Esmeralda, and Rene Ozuna; 19 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren plus 3 on the way; siblings, Jose Guadalupe Ortiz, Letecia Ortiz, Blanca Robles, Juan Rodolfo Ortiz, Jesus Enrique Ortiz, and Fernando Javier Ortiz; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Gloria was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and daughter, Maria Gloria Ozuna.
