Guadalupe Rodriguez

Service for Guadalupe R. Rodriguez, 71, of Arlington, will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, March 24, 2023, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Father Sergio Rizo will officiate. The visitation will be Thursday, March 23, 2023 from 6:00-7:00 P.M., with a Rosary from 7:00-8:00 P.M., in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our loving mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her as Guadalupe (Lupe) Rodriguez. Lupe gained her wings and went home to be with Jesus on March 19, 2023 in Arlington. She was born September 1, 1951 in Grandview, Texas to Benito “Ben” Rios and Natividad (Hernandez) Rios. Lupe was of the Catholic faith. She will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Natividad Rios; siblings, Dominga Martinez, Mary Helen Mireles, Vicente Rios and Feliz Martinez.

Lupe is survived by her brother, Ben H. Rios; children, Victor Gonzales, Raymond and wife, Sommer Gonzales of Cleburne, Victoria and husband, Jose Viera, Tommie and husband, Robert Martinez both of Arlington; grandchildren, Adrian and Itzy Gonzales, Juan Jr., Maritza and George Orta, Jackie and Esequiel Ventura, Judith Herrera, Jose Jr., Viera, Natalya Gonzales, Jacob Herrera, San Juana Viera, Joseph Gonzales, and Jazmine Viera; great-grandchildren, Aiden, Favian, Julie, Nacole, Ashley, Castiel and Cain.
