Service for Hallie Marie Langrum Walker Husk, 94, of Grandview will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, September 9, 2015 in Emmanuel Seventh-day Adventist Church in Cleburne. Elder Billy Wright will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Hallie Marie Langrum Walker Husk passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2015 in Grandview. She was born March 14, 1921 in Lorena to Arthur and Harriett Moore Langrum.
Mrs. Husk was a retired school teacher, beautician and a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a member of the Emmanuel Seventh-day Adventist Church and will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her son. Cecil Walker of Ft. Worth; daughters, Yvette Lax of Grandview, Brenda Green of Cleburne, Siriwan Griggs of Oakland, CA and Vonzella Lee of Cleburne; grandson, Eddie Scott Walker of Palo Alto, CA; sister, Deola Lax of Grandview; special family, Pastor Charles A. Sanders, Billy Jack, Jimmy Chandler, Kenneth Francis and Oscar Chandler; a host of sons and daughters by choice; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, and brothers, Johnnie, Rosevelt, Alton, and Harvey Langrum.
