Service for Harlan Jackson Davis, 89, of Cleburne will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018 in Cleburne Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Tuesday, at the funeral home.
Harlan Jackson Davis passed away Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018 in Ft. Worth. He was born April 4, 1928 in Heburn to Ruben Jackson and Virgie Lee Rush Davis. He married May Schoonover on July 18, 1950 in Ft. Worth.
Mr. Davis was a master plumber. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 67 years, May Davis of Cleburne; daughters, Donna Trussell, Glenda Garrett and Opal Davis, all of Cleburne; grandsons, David Hayes, Tommy Glen Garrett and Eric Garrett; granddaughters, Misty Bennett and Avinell Ray; ten great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; sisters, Martha Gorman and Lela Grigsby; and many, many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Michelle Hayes; brothers, Jack and Alford Davis; and two half-brothers, Wesley and Jim Davis.
