Harley was born to William Frazier and Lola Irene Latham Carpenter on June 4, 1959 in Clifton, Texas. He passed away on Friday, February 25, 2022 in Blum, Texas. Harley married Crystal “Christy” Smith on November 23, 1979 in Cleburne. He worked for over 20 years with Walls Industries and then over 15 years with Technical Chemical. Harley was a giving man, who would bend over backwards to help someone. It has been said that he was fun, outgoing and knew no strangers. He enjoyed spending time at the drag races or barbecuing for friends and family. He was an outdoorsman and especially enjoyed fishing. Harley's laid back nature and ability to bring a smile and laughter to your heart will be missed greatly.
