Harold Brawner

Services for Harold Brawner, 77, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 14, 2008 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Rev. Keith Whitt will officiate. Burial will be in Union Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be his nephews, Mike Brawner, Jerry Brawner, Jim Brawner, Ronnie Brawner, David Brawner and Mike Jones.
Harold Brawner passed away Thursday, January 11, 2008 in Cleburne. He was born December 27, 1930 in Cleburne, TX to George Oscar and Maudie Mae Durham Brawner. He married Loreta Grace Bachhofer on May 26, 1950 in Cleburne.Mr. Brawner was a purchasing agent for Santa Fe Railroad for 37 1/2 years. He umpired Little League baseball and high school baseball for over 30 years. He was an avid gardener and domino player. He was a member of North Cleburne Baptist Church.
Harold Brawner is survived by his wife of 57 years, Loreta Brawner of Cleburne; son, Steven Wesley Brawner and wife, Terry of Arlington; daughters, LaTrica Kay Randolph and husband, Randy of Newark and Paula Denise Flowers and husband, Terry of Waco; brothers, Clyde Brawner and wife, Mattie Lou of Ft. Worth and Orlan Brawner and wife, Carolyn of Alvarado; sister, Wanda Jones and husband, Bob of Joshua; grandchildren, Stephanie, Steven, Stacy, Karissa, Nathan, Jessica, Kelsey and Jared and 6 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, James Brawner; two sisters, Gracie Hodges and Melba Hodges.
