Harry Arnold Higbee, 96, of Keene passed away peacefully on Saturday, Jan. 13, 2018 in Keene. Mr. Higbee was a United States Marine during WWII, serving in the South Pacific from 1939 – 1946. He was a police officer in Medford, MA for 25 years, retiring in 1979 as a Sergeant. He was a resident of Medford, MA for over 40 years, retiring to FL. where he had more time to play his favorite sport, golf. Harry then came to Keen nearly two years ago to be near his youngest daughter. He was greatly loved by many.
Survivors include his children, Sandra Moldt of Ft. Meyers, FL and Jamie Agri and husband Michael, all of Ft. Meyers, FL. and Patricia Lockwood and husband Emery of Keene; grandchildren, Victoria Moldt of Canton, GA, Sarah Griffin of Chelsea, MA, Melissa Emmons and husband James of Austin, Melanie Sangsvang and husband Casimir of Keene and Steven Lockwood and wife Priscilla of Cleburne; great grandchildren, Mei-Ling and Yen Sangsvang of Keene, Elizabeth and Victoria Lockwood of Cleburne and Axel Emmons of Austin. He was preceded in death by his parents; beloved wife, Irene St. Clair Heckbert Higbee; sister, Eleanor Hand; and a brother, Richard Higbee.
