Hazle Terry

Service for Hazle Dell Terry, 85, of Cleburne will be conducted at 1:00 P. M. Monday, December 20, 2010 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will be in the Greenacres Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 3:00-5:00 P. M. Sunday.

Mrs. Terry passed away Thursday, December 16, 2010 in Cleburne. She was born June 2, 1925 in Granbury to Alvin and Mildred Riddle Holt Ashcraft. She married Lewis Terry on December 24, 1941 in Fort Worth.

Hazle was retired from Buddies and Winn Dixie Grocery Store in Cleburne where she was a bookkeeper. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Order of Sons of Hermann and Rio Vista Baptist Church.

Hazle Terry is survived by her daughter, Sandra Jones and husband Sam; granddaughters, Stephanie McBroom and Shannon Jones and husband Scott; great granddaughters, Hailee McBroom and Makayla Jones; great grandson, Caden Jones, all of Burleson; foster son, David Dornberg and daughter Amanda; sister, Helen Todd of Weatherford; close friend, Luther Adkins and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lewis Terry; and son, Odell Terry.
