Memorial Services for Helen Curl, 81, of Keene, will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 13, 2007 in the Keene Seventh Day Adventist Church. Elder Mic Thurber will officiate.

Helen Curl passed away Tuesday, January 9, 2007 in Keene. She was born April 22, 1925 in Canton, Kansas to Lester and Mabel Ratzlaff Phillis. She married Harry Curl on August 24, 1947 in Canton, Kansas.

Mrs. Curl was a member of Keene Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Helen Curl is survived by her husband, Harry Curl of Keene; son, Kit Curl of Keene; daughters, Janet Richardson Howard and husband Ron of Alvarado, Nancy Freeman and husband David of The Woodlands and Paula Westbrook and husband Malcolm of Alvarado; 5 grandchildren, Liesl Hoover and husband Randy, Denise Allen and husband Jason, Luke Lindsay and Macy Westbrook; 4 great-grandchildren, Taylor, Adam, Kathryn and Landon. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Luetta.
