Helen Tatum

Graveside service for Helen R. Tatum, 88, of Cleburne will be conducted at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012. The Reverend Eddy Carrell will officiate. Burial will be in the Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-7 P.M., Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Mrs. Tatum passed away, Sunday, Feb. 19, 2012 in Ft. Worth. She was born Mar. 28, 1923 in Cleburne to Jessie James and Hattie Mae Wooten Hughes. She married Ben S. Tatum on June 5, 1958 in Ardmore, Okla. He preceded her in death on April 29, 2001. Mrs. Tatum was a LVN and of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Tatum is survived by her daughter, Beth Tanner of Cleburne; five grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 11 brothers and sisters, one daughter, Louise McAlister and one grandson, Brian McAlister.
