Service for Henrietta Carlock, 89, of Joshua will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 20, 2015 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Brother Alvin Robinson will officiate. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Chris Bullard, Chad Bullard, Rusty Robinson, Jason Robinson, Justin Carlock, and Joshua Carlock. Honorary pallbearers will be Kolton Carlock and Hagan Shipman. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Sunday, at the funeral home.
Henrietta Carlock passed away Friday, October 16, 2015 in Ft. Worth. She was born December 22, 1925 in Rio Vista to Toliver and Beulah Maples Barger. She married Herbert Roy Carlock Jr. on July 27, 1946 in Johnson County and he preceded her in death.
Mrs. Carlock was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend to many. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her children, Linda and Larry Rogers, Dianne and Kenneth Bullard, Sylvia and Alvin Robinson, and Michael and Kim Carlock, all of Cleburne, Johnny and Shawanda Carlock of Joshua, and Tammy and Larry Shipman, of Decatur; 12 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; sister, Raynette Carson of Burleson, and a host of other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her parents; granddaughter, Hillary Carlock; three sisters; and one brother.
