Graveside services for Howard W. Reynolds, 84, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:30 P.M., Thursday, Oct. 8, 2009 in the DFW National Cemetery. Dr. Joe Stephens will officiate. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M., Wednesday.
Mr. Reynolds passed away, Thursday, Oct. 1, 2009 in Ft. Worth. He was born Apr. 8, 1925 in Prowers County, Colo., to Charles Lloyd and Clara Lillian Whitehead Reynolds. He married Barbara Ann Marshall on Dec. 20 ,1969 in Denver, Colo. Mr. Reynolds was of the Presbyterian faith. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from the Department of Defense where he worked as an instructor and audio visual trainer for the U.S. Air Force.
Mr. Reynolds is survived by his wife, Barbara Reynolds of Cleburne; son, Rodney Reynolds and wife Jane of Hot Springs, So. Dakota; daughters, Cooki Reynolds of Florida and Marie Donat and husband Gary of New Mexico; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; step son, Mark Pettit and wife Ana of Atlanta, Georgia; step daughters, Helen Sneath and husband Craig of Denver, Colo., Sharon Webb of Cleburne and Nikki Bakko and husband Dave of Denver, Colo.; 10 step grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren; 5 brothers, one sister and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one daughter, one step son, two brothers and one sister.
