Hubert Miner

Mr. Hubert Miner passed away Thursday, January 12, 2006 in Burleson. He was born November 7, 1926 in Colorado City, Texas, to Hubert and Kate McQuen Miner. He married Esther Lee Grimes on January 29, 1946 in Cleburne.
Mr. Miner was a retired custodian with San Mateo County in California. He was a member of the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church.
Huber Miner, Sr. is survived by his wife of 60 years, Esther Miner of Cleburne; three sons, Hubert Miner, Jr. of Menlo Park, CA, James Edward Miner of Cleburne and Phillip Wayne Miner of Woodbury, Minnesota; two granddaughters, Jalynn Marie Miner of Tracy, CA, Malaika Miner of Sacramento, CA; one grandson, Hubert Emil Miner of Menlo Park, CA and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters,Carrie Mae, Carrie Lee and Christine; one great grandchild, Elijah James Edwards.
