Services for Ignacio "Nacho" Guzman, Jr., 54, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:30 P.M. Thursday May 13, 2010 in St. Joseph Catholic Church. Father Sergio Rizo will officiate. Burial will be in Cleburne Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Nacho Guzman passed away Monday, May 10, 2010 in Ft. Worth. He was born July 17, 1955 in New Braunfels to Ignacio Cortez and Victoria Rodriguez Guzman. He married Elvia Rios on October 12, 1974 in Johnson County.

Mr. Guzman owned and operated Guzman's Concrete for over 15 years until his retirement in 2005. He was of the Catholic faith. Nacho enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially fishing and camping. It has been said that he was an honest man who never met a stranger. Nacho's giving spirit and sense of humor will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Nacho is survived by his wife of over 35 years, Elvia Guzman; son, Chris Guzman, Sr. and wife Mary; daughter, Vicki Guzman; grandchildren, Ashley, Christopher and Brianna Guzman and Abel Gonzalez; great grandson, Kayden Jordan; five sisters, Irene Guzman, Esmeralda Guzman, Belinda Juarez, Donna Dominguez and Cynthia Ramiriz; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
