Graveside services for Irene Dyer, 87, of Granbury will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, October 24, 2010 in the Cedar View Cemetery in Doniphan, Nebraska.

Irene Dyer passed away Saturday, October 9, 2010 in Granbury. She was born to Lewis and Myrtle Olive Cole on November 4, 1922 in Doniphan, Nebraska. Irene worked in clerical positions for many years. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Granbury Lodge and the First United Methodist Church. Irene loved her family and dog, Sassy. She was an avid reader. She will be missed greatly by all those that knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Delmar Joseph "Pat" Dyer; granddaughter, Wendy Ruff and nine siblings.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Wayne Tipton; grandsons, Michael Ruff and his wife, Sonya and Timothy Ruff; great grandchildren, Ryan, Rachel, Nicholas and Noah Ruff; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
