Irlene Kennemer

Service for Irlene Marie Kennemer, 89, of FortWorth will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Saturday, November 29, 2014 in Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel.

Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Michael Burchfield, Aaron Burchfield, Paul Kennemer, Dale Kennemer, Mark Burchfield, and Chance Neil.

Visitation is from 6-8:00 P.M., Friday, at the funeral home.

Irlene Marie Kennemer passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2014 in Colleyville. She was born July 12, 1925 in Happy, Texas to William Paul and Laura Lorene Hamm Glover. She married Jimmie Don Kennemer in 1944 in Las, Vegas, Nevada.

Mrs. Kennemer was owner and operator of Royal Heritage Day Care in Fort Worth for 45 years. She had an unbelievable work ethic. She was extremely protective and passionate about her family and loved and supported without exception. She had an incredible faith in God and was a member of Grace Temple Church in Fort Worth. Her strong character and giving nature will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her children, Dale Kennemer , Paul Kennemer and wife Kimberly, and Karen Burchfield and husband Michael; nine grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; sister, Jody McBroom; several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jimmie in 1988; brother, Wayne Glover; and a sister, Babs Glover.
