Jack Jackson passed away Friday, April 24, 2009 in Ft. Worth. He was born July 26, 1929 in Dallas to Elvin and Lenora Bratton Jackson. He married Lynn Weaver on June 4, 1960 in Dallas.
Mr. Jackson was owner and operater of Smokey's Bar-b-que restaurant on South Main in Cleburne for a number of years. He was of the Presbyterian faith.
Jack Jackson is survived by his wife, Lynn Jackson of Cleburne sisters, Dixie Jeanne Hart and Lovena Douglas; nephews, Stephen Hart, Tommy Waver and Dan Weaver; nieces, Jodie Lane Kautz and Kristal Weaver; brother-in-law, Loren Weaver and wife, Emmie and sister-in-law, Carol Weaver and a host of other relatives and friends.
