Jack Riza

Service for Jack C. Riza Sr. 88, of Cleburne will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday December 05, 2017 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Jack C. Riza, Sr. passed away on Thursday November 30, 2017 in Fort Worth. He was born November 02, 1929 in Cleburne to Thomas Henry and Eugene (Simpson) Riza. He married Elizabeth Sue Johnson on September 01, 1956.

He was an electrician for Santa Fe Railroad with over 40 years of service and was of the Baptist faith.

Jack is survived by his wife of 61 years, Sue Riza of Cleburne; five children Nancy Brister of Mississippi, Teresa Thetford and husband Barry of Cleburne, David Riza, Steve Riza and wife Jesica of Cleburne and Angie Riley and husband David of Georgia; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; sons, Jim Riza in 1969 and Jack C. Riza, Jr in 2014; granddaughter, Alexxus Riza in 2007; and nine brothers and sisters.
