Jack Riza

Service for Jack Cecil Riza, Jr., 56, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 15, 2014, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Kody Hughes will officiate. Graveside service will follow at Rosehill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Roger Johnson, Gary Barger, Richard Wiggin, Barry Thetford, David Caram, and Ignacio Torres.

Visitation will be from 6-8:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.

Jack Cecil Riza, Jr. passed away at Huguley Hospital in Burleson on Friday, April 11, 2014.
He was born on April 18, 1957 in Cleburne to Jack Sr. and Elizabeth Sue Johnson Riza. He graduated from Cleburne High School in 1974 where he played football and tennis. He then joined the United States Marines and was stationed at basic training at Beaufort, S.C. and serving in Japan and Germany, while he received highest marksmanship.

He was of the Baptist faith and attended Eastern Heights Church. He loved his church work and was a great prayer warrior and loved his Lord. He also loved to play dominoes with his Dad and loved his Moms cooking.

Jack is survived by his daughter, Jaclyn Cecelia Riza, of Cleburne; mother and father, Jack, Sr. and Sue Riza, of Cleburne; two brothers, David Riza of Burleson, and Steve Riza and wife Jesica , and children, Tyler, A.J. , Alex and Cory, of Cleburne; sisters, Teresa Thetford and husband Barry and children, Justin and Kiki, of Cleburne, Angela Riley and husband David and children, Alex and Marina of Kennesaw, GA, Nancy Brister and children, Misty Black and Marshall of McComb, MS.; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.
