Jackie Hobbs

Services for Jackie D. Hobbs, 53, of Cleburne will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2009 in the Lane Prairie Baptist Church. Rev. Jerry Clements will officiate. Burial will be at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday in the Newcastle Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.
Mr. Hobbs passed away Saturday, Oct. 17, 2009 in Cleburne. He was born Dec. 04, 1955 in Graham to Jackie W. and Mary Ann Roberts Hobbs.
Mr. Hobbs served his country in the U.S. Army.
Jackie D. Hobbs is survived by his wife, Kathy Hobbs of Cleburne; son, Ricke Kurtz and wife, Melanie, of Wichita Falls; daughters, Cammie Rader and husband, Rich of Euless, Jessica Thornton and husband Steve, of Cleburne; father, Jack W. Hobbs and wife, Patricia, of Olney; mother, Mary Ann Moye of South Carolina; sister, Audrey Robertson and husband, Jimmy, of South Carolina and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Darrell Hobbs.
