Service for Jackie Watts, 78, of Cleburne will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, April 14, 2011 in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. The Reverend Jim Tucker will officiate. Pallbearers will be Phillip Henry, Jason Kelley, Justin Kelley, Billy McKinney, Trystin Watts and Jonathan Hasty. Burial will be at 2:30 P.M. Thursday in the Everman Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 P.M. Wednesday.
Mrs. Watts passed away Monday, April 11, 2011 in Cleburne. She was born January 19, 1933 in Saltillo, TX to Wilber and Frances Irby Minter. She married Eldon Kent Watts in 1983 in Weatherford.
Mrs. Watts was retired from the Ben Hogan Apparel Company. After retiring she enjoyed fishing with her husband, gardening and spending time with her family. She went on many fun trips with Huguley Plus and the Senior Saints of the First Baptist Church of Everman. She was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include her husband, Kent Watts; children, Janis Harrison, Thomas Henry and wife Patricia, Debra Kelley, Michael McKinney and Rusty Watts; 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. she was preceded in death by her son, Stanley Watts and daughter, Sherry McKinney.
