James Fox

Graveside service for James Richard Fox, 82, of Cleburne, will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, January 7, 2021 in Greenacres Memorial Park. Open visitation will be 9-5, Wednesday at the funeral home.


James Richard Fox passed away, Sunday, December 27, 2020 in Cleburne. He was born November 25, 1938 in Waco to William Donald and Virginia Ann (Haney) Fox. He married Shirley Hudgins on December 6, 1960 in Cleburne. James was a letter carrier for the US Postal Service for 24 years. He was a member of Lane Prairie Baptist Church.

James is survived by his wife, Shirley Fox of Cleburne; son, Keith Fox and wife Pam of Cleburne; daughter, Karen Redding and husband Ron of Joshua; brother, Bill Fox and wife Billie Ruth of McGregor; sister Barbara Alewine of Malakoff; grandchildren, Laurie Eide, Garrett Cunard, Baily Redding, Trent Fox, Haley Bullard; great grandchildren, Addison Bullard, Brixon Bullard, Willow Fox, Clover Fox and Jase Eide
